SCHOOLS

SCHOOL CAMPS AND OUTINGS

Aim: To develop self-confidence through self-discovery in an outdoor environment

Hobbiton promotes environmental and social awareness, cross-cultural appreciation and the development of life and leadership skills through its facilities and in the natural setting of our center.

We have more than 78 years’ experience of providing outstanding outdoor activities and adventures to schools and learners from all over the Eastern Cape and beyond.

Our experienced camp instructors will gladly design an exciting school programme in consultation with you and suggest which of our diverse activities are most appropriate for your school camp.

We will make it happen!

Our facilities lend themselves to both larger and smaller school groups. We have a hall and breakaway rooms for gatherings, dormitories for groups who require accommodation and, if you do not want to worry about catering, we offer meals and refreshment options as well.

We also suggest you do a site visit beforehand (or go through our website) to feel the energy and excitement!.
