R 120 / person / night (self catering) unless a deposit is paid, in which case R 110 / person / night.
R 270 / person / night (Hobbiton catering) unless a deposit is paid, then R 260 / person / night.
Activity Specific Bookings
High Ropes Course
- R 85 / person / session
- This includes the Sky Frame, Trapeze, Climbing Walls and the Jacob's Ladder.
Face Abseiling
- R200 / person for Madonna & Child (40 m); R300 / person for Hog 1 (60 m).
- At least 24 hour's notice needed.
- It will be necessary to complete some training (by Hobbiton personnel only) on one of Hobbiton's training towers. To be done on the same day as the Face Abseiling.
- Bookings subject to Hobbiton personnel's availability.
- A minimum of 4 people per booking necessary.
- Abseiling Madonna & Child takes +/- 15 minutes / person, the Hog +/- 25 minutes.
White Water Rafting
- R 350.00 / person with at least 48 hours notice needed.
- This section of the Fish takes +/- 4 hours + 2 hours transport each way.
- Bookings subject to Hobbiton personnel's availability and water levels in the Fish.
- A minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 people per section allowed.
Manhunt (Paint Ball based)
- R 50 per person.
- A minimum of 8 and a maximum of 14 people per session allowed.
- A basic course takes +/- 2 hours and full course takes about 24 hours.
- Additional costs will be incurred if alternative accommodation is desired.
- Bookings subject to Hobbiton personnel's availability.
Pony Trails: (out sourced)
- Price available upon booking, with at least 48 hour's notice needed.
- A minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 people per ride possible.
- A Pony Trail will take 4 hours in total.
Catering Options
The catering option is calculated on a Supper, Breakfast, Lunch and 3 teas, with3 courses per meal. Extra meals are charged at R45 / person / meal. Specific dietary needs will be catered for, but advanced warning of at least 5 days is needed. Full catering payment must be made 2 weeks in advance.
